A small, independent editorial team focused on one thing: honest, research-backed reviews of weight management supplements.
ClutchPost is intentionally small. Rather than a content farm producing hundreds of shallow posts across every niche, we stay narrow — weight loss supplements and metabolism — so we can actually read the studies, track the products, and notice when marketing claims drift away from evidence.

Nahid founded ClutchPost after years of watching the supplement space reward hype over honesty. He leads the research and review process — reading published studies, tracking ingredient evidence, testing refund processes, and keeping every comparison on this site up to date. He is a researcher and reviewer, not a medical professional, and every page on this site says so plainly.
Every ingredient claim is checked against PubMed and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements before it appears in a review.
Every review includes genuine cons. If we can’t find real downsides, we haven’t researched hard enough.
We earn affiliate commissions — disclosed on every page — but no vendor can pay for a better score or position.
Prices, formulas, and refund policies change. We revisit our comparisons monthly and date our updates.
What we are not: we are not doctors, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Before starting any supplement, talk to a professional who knows your health history. Our full Medical Disclaimer explains this in detail.
Our review process has four fixed steps — ingredient transparency, published research, user feedback patterns, and refund terms — applied in the same order to every product. The full breakdown, including what makes a product fail our standards, is on the Editorial Process page. Curious how we make money? That’s documented too, in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Accuracy is the entire product here. If we’ve gotten a fact, dosage, or refund term wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it — with a dated correction note.
